The Houseworks Front-Opening houses
are manufactured by Real Good Toys. They are sold as bare
plywood pre-cut shell kits plus the hinges in one box. All
of the finishing components including the clapboard siding,
shingles, windows, doors, spindles, rails, posts, stairs,
trims, corner trims, shutters, etc., are sold in a separate
box. You can purchase just the shell kit by itself and finish
it any way you want, or you can also get the pre-packed component
set so that you can finish them as shown in the pictures.
The plywood shell is made from 3/8" thick cabinet grade
